Refund Policy

  • "Special Finishes” (any other finishes than Chrome) are not returnable or refundable.
  • No order can be canceled after 48 hours from the time of confirmed purchase.
  • There shall be no claims made for shortages or damages after 30-days from the time of product delivery.
  • Any permitted return is subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Merchandise will be credited at the original product purchase price less all freight and handling charges.
  • Approved returns must be shipped prepaid by Customer to STURGIANNI LLC at its receiving location (disclosed at the time of agreed return).
  • All Chrome finishes will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks and other finishes will be shipped within 4 - 6 weeks.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

STURGIANNI LLC (D.B.A. STURGIANNI) warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a 10-year period from the date of acquisition. Replaced products or parts are warranted the same as the initial warranty. Cartridges are excluded from the warranty. All products installed in commercial applications have the same warranty.

At its options, STURGIANNI will repair or replace those products or parts of products, which STURGIANNI finds to be defectively manufactured. All returns must be shipped prepaid by the Customer to a STURGIANNI-authorized repair facility. This warranty does not cover installation or any labor charge and shall not apply to products or parts of products which have been (a) repaired or altered in any manner outside of STURGIANNI’S factory unless previously authorized in writing by STURGIANNI, (b) damaged as a result of misuse, accident, negligence or faulty installation or maintenance or (c) used in any way contrary to STURGIANNI printed instructions.

This warranty is limited solely to the above and this warranty and any warranties implied by state law will apply.  STURGIANNI will not be liable for any loss, damage expense, or incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on warranty, contract, or negligence and arising in connection with the sale, use, or repair of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damage or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, to the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state, unless otherwise contrary to state law governing the purchase.

STURGIANNI'S liability will not exceed the purchase price for the product claimed to be defective or unsuitable.

In areas of hard water (regions where the water supply is rich in minerals), it is the responsibility of the owner to regularly clean off any buildup of lime, calcium, or other salts. For this, we recommend soaking for at least two hours in clear vinegar.  Claims resulting from the above-mentioned buildup will not constitute a warranty claim as defined above.
